FORS GROUP was born in 2018 when our founders—architecture classmates who had gone their separate ways after graduation—reunited in Auckland. After years of honing their craft across the industry, they came together with a shared vision: to create a company that would redefine residential architecture in New Zealand.

Driven by an unwavering passion for design and backed by extensive collective experience, our founders established FORS GROUP as a comprehensive property development company.
